I dropped my 2019 VW Atlas off at 7:30 am for normal 20k service and tire rotation. It was verbally promised for slightly before or right after lunch. At 2pm the car was still not touched. I had to pick it up and take it home without service. I had repeated text messages assuring me a proper update. This was the worst service experience ever. I’ll probably never ???? go back to your facility.
