My car took over a month to fix (and wasn’t that complicated). Your staff really dropped the ball & as a result I had to pay over $350 in car rental fees. When I received my car, there were dirty cat prints all over the back seat & base of door opening (confirming it occurred in your care - when the doors were opened). Unless I receive some assistance with rental car, I will not be returning for services of any kind & you will lose a loyal customer. Danielle G

We dropped our car off at 7am. We called 4 times , we didn’t get any updates. My husband kept calling just to get an update on the car.
1) asked for service, went voice mail, my husband left a message.
2) called again because no update, they placed my husband on hold, held for 10 minutes, so my husband hung up.
3) called back because we still had not gotten an update and then finally got a hold of service (after 4pm).
4) called back @ a lift ride- spoke to mgr to see we could be picked up. 10 miles is policy, and we were an extra 5 miles out, so he said VW could not. Then my husband got hung up on (might have been an accident) but mgr did not bother calling him back (not sure name but was a finance manager.) I just bought the car on Tuesday 6/29/21, and we took car in 7/1/21 for coating on seats because we spent an extra $5K on care package and because the sticker residue wouldn’t come off on day of purchase. This left a bad impression, and I’m not too confident on the future services we might get.

Car never got fixed a 2020. Brand new Jetta and the excuses was that was a modification over the passages side air bag .so no warranty will cover but the funny part was that we let the car to be fixed over the driver seatbelt sensor and they never checked all car and was trying to call us liar.
Volkswagen never was a bad brand but looks like this dealer is making a real lemon car but I will see you guys in court.

I was satisfied with the warranty repairs that were done. I wasn’t happy with 2 things: First, there is no car wash and vacuum after service is done. That was a service that I felt “went above and beyond” and set you apart from other repair shops. It’s a small thing that made a world of difference in your customers day. Secondly, I was charged 249.00 to see what was causing the repair lights in my car. They diagnosed 2 other issues but I chose not to fix the air conditioning as it was going to cost $2600.00. I still had to pay because I couldn’t afford the repair. But 2 other repairs were done. Seems odd to me.
