Everyone on the team I interacted with was great... the modifications/precautions for COVID were thoughtful, appropriate, and well done.., service did take longer than I expected, but that’s fine..
Overall I am very disappointed to find out my service plan was expired / canceled 10 days prior to my visit because I waited too long to bring the car in because am COVID conscious. I received zero notice of this.

I brought the car in again for the same issue and again it has not been resolved. I’m told that when speaking on the phone through the car, it is normal for people you are talking to sound like we are in an echo chamber. I don’t believe that is normal. I have other family members who have the same car (2020 model instead of 2019) snd they do not have the same problem. It is not normal for their VW Jetta to not have an echo chamber, only normal for mine. Very dissatisfied. This is my fourth VW snd if this is normal, will be my last unfortunately. With other vehicles I’ve had in the past, tire rotation was a part of the service plan. Charging me $25 for a tire rotation during a 10,000 mile service is nickel and diming. This should be a part of your service especially since I bought the 6 year/60,000 plan when I bought the car.

Very very disappointed that when I bring my car in for service I don’t at least get an exterior wash. I get Covid as it relates to the interior and I’m not asking for a “detail “. But not even a wash? Norm reeves - you’re better than this!
