The service department needs more than just one person. He alone cannot keep up the amount of cars coming in for service. The amount of time to basically do a 10,000 mile service took too long. I dropped off the car at 1045am for 1100am appointment and car wasn't ready till 4pm. The Technician who worked on my car for whatever reason didn't compensate for the fact the car was driven to dealership and air pressure on tires would go up easily 3 to 5lbs psi. The cold tire inflation psi is 36 for the jetta I drive. I had to check first thing in the morning and all 4 tires were at 33psi for which I had to inflate to proper 36psi cold. I probably would not go to your dealership again.
