Jimmy greeted me promptly and explained what maintenance would be done. He arranged an Uber to get me home quickly. He called with a status report and notified me of a nail in my tire and a need for a new air filter, and I had both replaced. He was courteous, friendly and professional.

The service writer was nice. But when I got in my car old parts were out in my center counsel which scratched it. Also my settings were not adjusted after working on my tires - so I had to set the tire pressure of which I had no idea what they were to be sat at. When I was directed to my car to leave they sent me to another car that wasn’t even mine and I had to locate my car around the corner of the service department. All in all won’t be back for sure.

When I came in to pick up my car, he remembered that I had walked home in the morning after dropping off my car, so he asked if I had walked back from home. I requested a preliminary quote to fix an issue in the truck area. Josue called me back a couple of hours after I dropped off the car.
Last April I took the car in and I asked the person who helped me the same question but I never got an answer. When I picked up the car the guy qdid not even remember what I asked (cannot remember his name but you have it on file). I will be back because of Josue.
