I brought my car for a problem with the A/c vents. Jimmy explained to me how they'll go about diagnosing the problem and kept me up to date on progress for the next days. Once they figured it out, they worked out the logistics with the waranteee company to get repairs authorized and proceeded with the job. I believe by explaining my concern to the service advisor wasn't communicated as much as it was needed too. I believe the service done on the vehicle was half assed. The problem erupts when I drive the vehicle and continues too. Very unhappy with the results and a complete waste of time.
