Appreciated Renato squeezing us in as a walk in. We were able to finish up within a few hours rather than a few days, like he said it could normally take. He knew I was concerned about my daughter having to take care of it herself, and wanted my anxiety eased.

Jimmy was helpful with my service. He checked me in and got me on my way quickly. He advised me on my tires which needed replaced. He was on it quick so that it could happen along with my recall service. I appreciate him letting me know about the tire issue and I was glad to get the tire fixed without having to come back. I do want to add that the first visit on Tuesday I was helped by another tech, Josue, who turned me away for having more than 1/4 tank of gas. The recall letter simply says “on day of service if possible bring in with 1/4 tank or less.” Since it isn’t worded as mandatory, I think the service folks should be made aware that they need to handle this a bit differently. I had to reschedule for the following day.
