Josue was so professional and super helpful in this whole process! He looked into why I was running into intermittent sensor issues even though I was there for something totally unrelated. I had even asked someone else in the past to look into it and they brushed it off, but Josue took it seriously and found the issue. I can't say enough good things about him and the team there!

I completely understand a holiday weekend may impact service but my car went in at 8:15am on Friday and wasn’t serviced until Tuesday midday/afternoon. There was minimal communication about delays and service progress.
Originally when the issue with the car first came up I called the dealer and was told the car was out of warranty. $800 later at the mechanics it turns out we have not only an extended warranty but certified coverage.
Makes me not want to bring my car in for service because the information, communication, and experience were not satisfactory and not customer centered.

I took the car in at my 2:30pm appointment.
Upon arrival the tech, Mr Zabala, was not very clear, about my hood release handle/cable was under warranty or not. After doing the paperwork and taking my car key and the car to the service area, he decided to tell me that my car won’t be ready today, probably, some time tomorrow afternoon (I need my car to get to work in the morning). It will be nice if they’ll tell you this, at the moment when you are making the appointment. The tech, avoided at all cost to give me a straight answer. However, constantly repeating, “I have to go through the process”. Evading to answer my questions. I couldn't leave my car for the needed repair. “It was a complete waste of my time”.
