The oil change and tire rotation took two hours and 10 minutes while we waited for the vehicle, that is abhorrently way too long and they kept telling her it would be another 10 to 15 minutes over and over again, way too long for that type of service

The check engine light turned on 10 minutes after I stepped out of dealership. When I bright car back to dealership, it service department was closed, so I drive back 30 miles home with CEL on. Now I have to go back again tomorrow morning to get it fixed.

This was the worst service I have ever received. I was told everything was under warranty (it’s on a recorded call), then I showed up and they refused to give me my car back. I was told they made a mistake and my battery was not under warranty. NO ONE called to ask about putting in a battery, since it was “covered under warranty”. When I went to pick-up my car I told I would have to pay $430, that is absolutely unacceptable and frankly feels like a scam. Josue was extremely rude and Renato gave me false information. I tried to call Jamie but have yet to hear back

The vehicle was not repaired to my satisfaction. The issues that I asked to be fixed weren't corrected. Also, as soon as I drove off the lot, the air pressure light came on, the service now light was not reset, and the clock was wrong.

My vehicle I recently purchased has been at the service center for a week and a half. I paid for repairs that did NOT repair the issue at all. My vehicle is still at the service center and still being diagnosed. The issue has cost me too much time and too much money. Rigo has been doing his best and trying to help but they still have not fixed the issue or diagnosed the problem even after making the recommended repairs nothing changed.

It was mostly good. The service manager who helped me was great as well. But the issues this car has could not be fully resolved. Maybe nothing wrong with the dealership but probably VW quality in general.
