Josue Made it easy to bring in my car to Reeves. I called a few times a day and it didn’t annoy him because I was wanting updates. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. Give me answers with the status and Warranty work being performed on my vehicle.
I told him I loved him my atlas and I hated being away from it. He completely understood and reassured me. He would give me a call as soon as my car was done. Great customer service.

Felt like I was being upsold on services. For example, it was suggested that I replace the cabin air filter when it hadn’t even been inspected.
Also was not happy that a tire rotation would have costed extra. In all my years of taking cars into service at various dealerships, I have never been charged for a tire rotation.
