He called 3 times to sell two new front tires. He lied about using the same machine to recalibrate sensors and wheel alignment, requiring I had too do both at $460. Service could not recalibrate my sensors and wanted extra $500 to troubleshoot. I was charged $195 for nothing fixed

I contacted another Volkswagen dealership and they told me they could replace my handbrake lever for under $700. I was told it would cost me $1200 at your dealership. That kind of overcharging is absolutely and utterly ridiculous. Don't treat customers so poorly.

Hugo and Raúl are terrible to provide a service, they argue with the client, they do not give solutions, they appoint me very early and they only have my vehicle parked without putting it into the service. Apart from the fact that they are offensive and they start screaming when they are required that what is the reason why the vehicle has not been checked or put into the service. I am not looking for a place to park my car for several days since it is my means of transport to my jobs I am disappointed with you thank you I hope you take action on the matter
