My 2023 Tiguan, has an extremely jerky transmission when I start the car after a few hours. it’s very uncomfortable and it jolts you back and forth.
When I brought this up to the advisor, I was told it’s because I start driving the car as soon as I turn it on and not letting it warm up…
Are you serious? Is this dealership telling me that my 2023 car needs to heat up for 30 seconds before I start driving it? Seriously?!!!!
the service advisor admitted that he seen this issue for this model car however, there is no solution to it.
I will never do business with this dealership ever again. Unfortunately the reputation of dealerships stays true. Dishonest, sleezy, and salesy. I don’t trust a word that comes out of anybody’s mouth there…
