I took time out of my day to bring in the vehicle then again to pick it up for a factory defect. This was after waiting a year from when I ordered it. I asked that the ID.4 be charged when I picked it up. It wasn’t. It’s the little things that really upset customers.

I won’t be coming back. This is the third service appt - but the communication betweeen staff service and client is poor. I’ve seen unhappy clients every visit. Every time there’s a miscommunication with staff and service causing me money and time each time - the staff is un organized- sarcastic & need lessons on customer service along with time management. Every time I’ve arrived when service says it’s ready after basic tune ups I’ve shown up and waited 3-5 more hours. Ridiculous
