I responded to an offer to have my tires rotated on my 2019 Honda CR-V. Dropped the car off, waited for an hour, service person came out and said the tires can’t be rotated because back tires have more tread than the front, saying they should have been rotated before. I pointed out that you folks do my service. He said, “hmm.”

I found it very frustrating that I could not get a price on the 4 tires I need. She gave me ballpark and said it would be less. I did not understand why and the answer I got wasn’t satisfactory. Came down to the price of tire disposal and environmental fees and I was told 15%. But not 15% of what. This may be common practice; however I find it frustrating not being able to get a simple answer - how much will the 4 tires I PO ked out cost me out the door.

My question is who’s responsible for cleaning your waiting area and showroom. I saw multiple customers without mask sitting for some time and walking around touching cars. And Looking in them without masks. In the few hours I was there on a previous visit last Friday. I saw no one cleaning. Asking people not to touch vehicles or asking them to put on or replace their masks on their faces
