I called ahead to make the appointment for regular maintenance. We have a maintenance agreement and I wasn’t expecting there to be any significant charges. When I was checking in I was informed that the charges for service would be almost $500. I was taken aback. Why couldn’t someone have told me in advance what the charges would be when I made the appointment? I opted only to have the oil changed today. This is my first Honda and I am very happy with the vehicle. I have never had a maintenance expense this high for a car that was running perfectly. Why don’t you spread some of these maintenance processes out over time and not do them all at 30k miles so as not to create such sticker shock. During the pandemic these charges can be overwhelming to many people.

I have had no good luck with the car so far. But as far as the customer service, Ms.Angela Stewart has been outstanding with her service. She has went above and beyond with her services. The car had been there three times within 2 months and still same issue until last night. Hoping it’s finally repaired. But her services meet above standards.
