I love Terrel and the Norm Reeves service dept - y’all have treated me great - however I am still sadly disappointed with my CRV - I have very happily owned Honda since 1988 and this CRV is the worst. If it were my first it would have been my last. My emissions light continues to come even though I just got my oil changed a week ago and the air filter was checked - I don’t trust my alerts now to alert when there is a problem or alert when there is not. Honda is better than this and should not compromise their reputation
