I was told it would take 1.5 hours to change the oil and rotate the tires. After over an hour I was told that my 2019 CRV with 15k miles needed the rear differential oil changed as well which too another 1.5 hours so my appointment took 3 hours total. If you told me in advance that at 15,000 miles the rear diff needs changing I would have been better prepared. Next time I’m going to High Gear automotive for my service. They are much more upfront about what you need to do.
