I don’t want to hear from a representative. I felt that the issues I had with my car/repairs weren’t fully explained to me and I made an appointment today for another inspection due to an intermittent issue I noticed after the transmission replacement and was waiting for 3 hours, only getting an update when I sought out a representative. I think customers would be better served if they were made aware that there is a going to be a several hour wait until their vehicles can be seen so they can arrange other transportation if needed.

When I asked how much a tire rotation and balancing was they told me 5995 my invoice bill was 6995 with tax 7485 want to know why all of a sudden there’s a $10 increase personally I don’t trust Norm Reeves Honda and I would not recommend anyone to buy a car there

Angela listened to my concern about the malfunction light that came on in my car and that I was an out of town visitor traveling southwest Florida. She said to come in and gave me back road directions so I would not have to get back on I75. She got me right in after arriving, had the car diagnosed and I was grateful to know they could fix issue the same day. I waited maybe 3 hours but after all done, I had peace of mind I could drive back home to Orlando and be confident on the highways my car would be ok.
