Terrell was awesome! He went far out of the way to help me. I came in to get a replacement key fob and the computer stated that the missing key was in the car. He helped search my car and literally carried the contents of my CRV from the service bay to a parking spot. Where we could surmise what the problem was and worked diligently to solve it. He was so respectful and kind. He made a wonderful impression on me. He is truly a credit to your company. I will always think of your dealership for all of my needs.
