Angela is great. The only suggestion I have is that there needs to be better control over the number of appointments you all take and how pull in are handled. I had a 9:30 appointment for just an oil change and my car sat for an hour.

Well today a sheet of metal flew off of a Truck and under my car shredding my right rear tire. I called Ashley and she got me right in. I was worried that there could be other damage. They replaced my tire fast and checked from A to Z to insure no other damage was caused. Thank god there wasn't. Also Ashley had my car washed and vacuumed. Thank you for turning a bad day into a good one. Port Charlotte Honda has never let me down.

I don't appreciate being the push to trade in my car. I've received 2 texts from your dealership wanting to trade in my car. The first was "concerned" about my contract. The text said to ask for Mary when I got my oil change. Am I to expect a push to trade in my car every time I need service?
