Wait time not her fault but was there well over an hour before I had price of service I needed. After an hour I walked to counter to ask her ; she just said they haven’t gotten to her. She should know in a few minutes. It was probably another 30-50 minutes before she came to give me info.

We bring our vehicle in for oil change and for some problems with the transmission and with the brake rotors and a window to be looked at and you called Mikes glass service out one window was checked and the back passenger window is popping and never looked at ? Roadside Assistance company was terribke. I originally called for tow at 10:39 am on 11/13, no text or call 1 1/2 hrs. Layer, I called again, they said another wait close to another hour. I finally got a ride home, left car & key in Venice for tow. Very poor service, glad I was not stranded on a highway, 83 yrs. Old and alone. Very dissatisfied with this service. Needs much improvement. 3 hour total wait for a toe truck is not acceptable.
