My service advisor was unfriendly, and rude, I was also told that I would get an estimate on things that they saw I needed to be done however I got a list of things that need to be done without any kind of cost with it

Found out audio unit costs over $450 and labor is almost $300. I had to find this out by paying $159 assessment. This is abusive to top it off, I had pick up my car under the rain in parking lot instead of bringing it under covered drive. I have purchased 4 cars from you. I am disappointed and depressed with the quality of the newer cars and with your service ethics. No more Honda for my family.

I have never had a more disappointing experience than the interactions with the entire Norm Reeves facility. I would rate the sales, financing, and service departments as disappointing. My interactions with Dan showed promise, but in the end failed.

We waited for a 45 minutes appointment with no car wash and that’s what we got. However when our car was finished sitting out front we waited an extra 15 minutes to be checked out by Ashley. She was not waiting on any customers at this time. This is unexceptionable and I don’t think you earned our business in the future.
