After ordering the part needed I was given an appointment on the 27th at 10. I arrived at 945, I was passed to Mr. Sylverr. Mr. Sylver sent me to the waiting room, after an hour and 15 min. Mr. Sylver comes back and tells me his computer is down and they can’t work on my car and I need a new appointment. Then according to Debbie,Mr. Sylver listed me as a No Show! I made another appt. with Debbie and came in again 4 days later. I understand things happen and I can accept that, but I don’t like having someone lie to cover his mistakes.

I had a 1pm appt to have an oil change and to check a rattling from my ac. Long story short, after asking Ashley who had a bad attitude, a few times, I had to demand my car after 2.5 hrs. The ac was never looked at! Best was I let her know when I got there I let her know it was my first oil change and was told it was free. Of course on the way out Ashley tried to claim I owed 70 something dollars for the oil change. So unprofessional. Not impressed with this dealership whatsoever. When I was buying the car, the finance guy tried to get over on me but i caught him. I figured I would address it on the survey. Guess what? Yes you guessed correctly, I never received a survey in 6 months! My experience has been forwarded to Honda corporate, and i will be servicing my vehicle at Venice Toyota. I never had such issues with Toyota, who probably I will be buying my next car!

angela was great, she as so sweet and nice making sure i was informed of all the mechanics were doing to my car. when i saw my car and I got a complementary wash, but they were even more circular swivels that were done then from when I bought it they were so many more and swivels and you can tell right off the bat without looking closely that they were deep dark swivels in my car paint from the wash that did. horrible. ruined my car paint even more. and my car drive perfect, it’s per certified and bought it used, it drove like new amazing. but now my car feels all weird, and like something is wrong when it’s perfectly fine, when i brake it jolts... never happened before. i need to be called back to speak further about these issues. this is unacceptable. i go there to get it done professionally and i get something my boyfriend could have done 20x better. ****-****-xxxx Jalexsa C

My car was finished for at least 20 minutes before I was able to leave. When I asked about it, I was told that the paperwork wasn't done yet. When I went back to the desk later, it still wasn't done, but the lady at the counter completed it and gave me my key.

I went to to get my oil changed an was told I had a 2 hour wait totally to long for a n oil change!!! I told her I was going to find somewhere else to go! She suggested I come back around 4:30 that it would be a lot quicker ? I only had to wait 45 minutes ( more better ) ????
