Was a recall issue, it turned out there was two separate issues, the recall was for reprogramming issues I was having, the other work is to be done in a week as it was to take longer. Your team did the best they could and quickly as they could, always top notch.

I had asked to have tire pressure decreased in four tires while they were being rotated. It was not done so now I wonder if the rotation was completed. I had asked if interior could be vacuumed and was told yes. The back floor board was not touched at all. There were other things that had been over looked and after I mentioned it the vehicle was taken back to the service area. I sent you a photo sand a text yesterday but apparently you didn’t see it.

I was ripped off with your prices. I payed $78.00 for a oil change. Just to satisfy myself I called NY and they only get $39.95 and that was also was a full synthetic oil and filter. You guys have got to be kidding me. So needless to say I will never bring my Honda CRV back to your dealership for anything.
