I was not aware of emails being sent during the time of service. I found after the fact that there was a "yellow" status on my coolant. Had the communication been by text, I would have been aware that there was an additional service I could have had done while I was there. I will have the service done during my next visit, but being informed when checking in would have been appreciated. Overall, though, I have been satisfied with your service.
