She had sent a message that my warranty part had arrived in parts. That’s awesome, so I’m thinking it’s a small part I’ll pick it up and install it myself. I show up mid morning unannounced and stop in to see DANILLE WAGNER to retrieve the part. She says where’s my vehicle? I told her I’m here without an appointment.
