All kinds of dash lights went off as I was traveling from Tampa to Ft Lauderdale the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Called your dealership (which seemed closest when my crisis occurred) and you got me right in to the service area. My problem turned out to be fairly minor but was diagnosed, repaired, and I was back on the road in about 90 minutes! Incredible service! Staff was friendly and accommodating, especially with my traveling partner, my 2 year old lab Hazel. Put my mind at ease and sent me down the road. Thanks to all!

Upon leaving your dealership my daughter noticed the car making an odd sound she pulled over and got out of the car and found that some plate underneath the car was not attached. She immediately called the dealership but the service department was closed. The receptionist told her that there was not anyone that could help until the service department reopened Monday. This not only put her safety in danger but also her timeline on returning back to her university. I called the dealership again and spoke to a very nice receptionist who gave me the name of the manager, who I will be calling on Monday, not only to talk about the pan that was not reattached to the car properly but also the bill in question. We were lucky enough to find a place open late that could help my daughter get her car back in working order to return back to her university. The plate was damaged from not being secured properly. They also noticed that the tire pressure was low even though the $80 bill from Honda indicated that it was checked. I will be calling Monday to speak with the service manager.
