Terrel did good, my concern is with your service tech that worked on my CR-V. My appt was for oil/filter, tire rotation and your multi point inspection. I was advised this work was done and to pick up my car. I checked my car on the way to see Terrel. I marked the drivers side front tire before dropping off for service work. The drivers side front tire was still drivers side front tire indicating it had not been rotated. I went inside and told Terrel I wanted the tires rotated and they still needed to be rotated. Terrel looked at the invoice and said it’s been done. I told Terrel how I marked the tire and we both went outside to verify. Terrel said he’d take care of it and drove my car back to the bay where the service tech then rotated the tires. I asked Terrel what happened bc the invoice had charges for the tire rotation. Terrel said the service tech was new and told him my tires looked to have even west so he didn’t rotate my tires. 1st, the tires are even because I routinely rotate my tires, 2nd, why was I charged tire rotation when the service tech did not rotate my tires? Terrel then adjusted the tire rotation charges off my invoice, which I paid then returned home. Upon arrival at my house I popped the hood to check oil level. Oil looked clean & level was good, then I noticed the cap for the windshield washer reservoir was off and the reservoir was not full. I added a half gallon of windshield washer fluid to the reservoir before it was full. So now I’m wondering if your service tech changed the oil filter or if he didn’t do that too. I’m reporting this bc I think you should know what happened and take action to prevent this in the future. Terrel made the tire rotation good after we “caught” the service tech not doing the work I requested. Not filling the washer fluid reservoir was sloppy or uncaring, I’m still wondering about the oil filter and now that I’m writing this I better check air pressure in my 4 tires tomorrow bc I don’t know if your service tech really checked my tire pressure. I’m disappointed in the work performance of your tech, I expected better to say the least. Terrel was responsive and courteous. Mike Dougherty cell #****-****-xxxx
