I always look forward to having my Honda serviced with Norm Reeves and I always look for Terrel as soon as I walk in the door. Due to the fact, he has consistently provided me with outstanding customer service every time I am there. Terrel is a definite asset with Norm Reeves Honda....I think it's time to give him another pay raise, he certainly is deserving of it....Thank you, again Terrel for your great customer service!

The wait was extremely long. After have waited an hour and a half after my scheduled appt i directed myself to the feont desk to check on the status on my vehicle. Terrel was the only person at the desk and i kindly asked if he coupd let me know how much longer. He indicated it was being worked on. After waiting another 35 min I directed myself once again to the desk and Deborah was with a customer. I finally was told my vehicle was ready. She apologized for the wait and mentioned that there had been some confusion. Confusion as ro who was going to be working on my vehicle and that that was the reason for the wait. Not once was I told what had happed or was updated. The lack of customer service I received today was horrible. A simple update on my vehicle would have went a long way.

It took too long. I had a 10:25 appointment and didn’t get done until 12:50 for a scheduled oil change & tire rotation. I feel 2 hrs & 25 minutes is too long when I had a scheduled appointment. I have not experienced this in the past.

I came in for a nail or something in my tire. The intake was fine and it was easy. However, I was given no ETA on the completion, which would have ordinarily not have been an issue except that it took almost 4 hours to complete and in that time I didn’t hear anything at all about the status of my car. I finally went to the service desk because my husband was home with our son and he needed to get ready for work and I had no idea how much longer it would be at that point. The service associate pulled my paperwork from a pile of completed services and told me it was complete but that they also noticed my battery was dead. I don’t have an issue that they resolved this issue I didn’t even know I had. I appreciated it. But I received no notification or heads up that there were any other issues. While waiting for my car, several other people arrived after me and left long before I did. I do understand that different types of service can take different lengths of time, but my issue is the lack of communication regarding how long or the extent of the issues with my car. On top of that, I wasn’t informed about the result of whatever was in my tire. I don’t know if I got new tires or if it was patched or anything. It wasn’t even on my paperwork. I just feel like the communication was really lacking on this visit and I had not experienced that before on previous visits to this location with my previous vehicle.

Length of time was very excessive at 2hours and 15 minutes for an oil change . Not once did anyone indicate things were delayed or might take longer than expected. Very disappointed in my service this time. I might be in the market for a new vehicle at the end of the year, and this certainly questions my overall Dealer experience....

I detailed the car before I came to have it serviced,when I got it back from setviceit was wet and spotted, they should have never washed it if you cant give it back to the customer better than when it came in. Sometimes you have to open your eyes. Had a 10:00 appointment, appointments are made so that the service can be done at or around that time. It was only an oil change should never take an hour and 10 minutes to do.
