I was satisfied with the service when I brought the vehicle in to have it looked at. I was very unhappy to buy a “lemon” vehicle from Kruse. The cost of repairs nearly $2700.00 and I bought the car May 5, 2021. I would never again give a positive response to anyone about this dealership. Guess to be safe, a person would have had to buy a new vehicle with a warranty AND, I did not have the money for a new vehicle. This vehicle barely made a 90 day warranty. I didn’t know the vehicle didn’t heat because it was hot all summer- I didn’t need heat. What a way to find this out. Maybe I can get rid of this for a reliable trade. Let me know when you’re ready.
