I would like them to look at the window vents that were put on. I’m not happy with those to me they did not attach the bottom of the vents closest to the mirrors on the front windows they are loose. Other than that yes everything else was great. Chuck was very kind and handled everything to my satisfaction. I was planning on bringing this up when I come back in after my other parts come in that chuck was ordering. This was on Wednesday he said the parts were next day delivery and they would call to schedule and appointment with me as if today (Saturday) I have not heard back from anyone.

He had great communication - he called me as soon as my vehicle was done and did a nice job helping me understand what the problem was and how they fixed it. When I came to pick up my vehicle, he came right out, shook my hand, and was just as personable and stayed with me up until I had to go. He is very committed and passionate to his work/job. Definitely keep him with you - he's well worth it!
