Was told on last 2 visits that led lights are not adjustable. Googled it and found this to be false. Then when they were adjusted you tried to bill me and sell an unnecessary oil change. Last visit you said I need an alignment but all tires were wearing even. I did have it checked by my tire guy and it was ok. Why all the attempts to upsell unnecessary maintenance. Very annoying

They did a good job checking out my vehicle & getting things up to date. That I’m happy with.
There was a wrench left on my front seat after my oil change so I drove it back out to the dealership. I was out running errands so just dropped it off. Inconvenient, but things happen. Tonight I went to my car and noticed my insurance card was on the floor instead of in the glovebox. I couldn’t get the glovebox open. I had to really pull in it 3 or 4 times & then it opened, but wouldn’t shut without me slamming it. When I opened it again, it’s like it’s just hanging there. I paid over $500 to get my car serviced today & had to run back a wrench & now I need to run my vehicle out again to have someone fix my glovebox. I wouldn’t be so mad if someone would have said they broke it or took the time to fix it right. It is a lease vehicle. I’ll call in the morning. Thanks.
