It wasn't the representative. He did his job well. I had printed out the coupons sent to me for 10% off the service and forgot them at home (out of sight out of mind...). Perhaps Lia Honda can be more proactive about asking customers if they have brought the coupons. I could have then shown the email with the coupons attached. When one has a service that is over $400, that 10% matters.

Christina was a true delight to deal with. She was so nice and kept me updated along the way. I had made an appointment and when I walked to drop off my keys three men in the front chatting amongst themselves turned their backs on me when they saw me walk towards them. Christina who was in the back walked right up and helped me immediately. She called me and updated me every time progress was made and answered all my questions. You lost my trust and potential 2021 CRV purchase from Lia Honda. Almost spent $1000 on break replacement which was not needed otherwise it would not pass NY inspection. Btw I just changed the entire break set 22 months ago.
