Customer service was great-Christine was wonderful. Problem was I was told it would be about 2 hours so I waited. Did not get my car until the 3 hour mark!!! Had I been updated, I could have arranged for a ride. Maybe keeping customers informed on the status would be helpful, so we don’t waste an entire morning sitting there. This is the second time my wait time was unbelievably long.
