Ernest did a wonderful job, but my vehicle was taken off premises without the knowledge of Ernest or me by the actual service technician. I was there for almost two and a half hours and left with a loaner because I was late for work when all I needed was two tires and to have the inspection finished. I should have been in and out in less than an hour. Instead I was an hour late for work and have to go back to pick up my car, which had items in it I was planning on using during work today.
