As usual, Joe was the supreme professional. He made sure that I understood everything they did to my car, and he also made sure the car was sparkly clean! I was really impressed with how quickly they handled my oil change, and the fact that they adjusted my tire pressure. I was procrastinating going to the air pump when I saw that it was low! I never even mentioned it to Joe when I dropped the car off, and yet he resolved the problem without my asking. I 100% trust Joe and the Honda team to take good care of my car! It makes me feel confident that as soon as I can afford a new car it will be a Honda
