Overall the service was good. Only is that I mentioned to the service technician that i heard rattling coming from the what I believe was the heat shield whenever my car was in reverse. The service technician assured me there was no rattling but and i left. But the next time i put my car in reverse the rattling was still there. Nothing major but im just surprised he couldn’t hear it, is pretty loud. The service was good overall very professional and polite.
