My experience at Infiniti of Manhasset was horrible.
Highlights include:
4.5 hour wait - lost days pay.
Describing issues related to my vehicle loudly in front of another customer.
Car was returned to me (during covid) with an opened water bottle in the cup holder and dirty greasy fingerprints on the dashboard and exterior of the car.
Radio switched to 70's hits station.
This treatment was likely "payback" for the last honest review/feedback I shared about my experience at this location earlier this year . I can only imagine what my next visit will be like if I decide to return.
