David Banks provided excellent and fast service. My tire was repaired and hepa filter was replaced, but there is a 2 1/2 inch scratch in the leather of my steering wheel that I felt after I received my car; there were no defects on the leather prior to my most recent service. I called your service center, and they told me to bring in my car to have the scratch inspected. I will do that as soon as I can.
