Tire was taken off to make car repair. Lug Nuts on
Tire were left Ioose. Lug nuts we’re not properly
tightened. It was discovered only after we heard
rattling noises coming from left wheel. This was
Very Negligent and Could have caused Severe Injuries,
had it not been caught by my husband. We were driving
in Severe Weather. A Snow Storm for one whole day.
Also the key for the left wheel is missing. It was not put
back in the vehicle. This all was no fault of our Service
Rep Dave Banks. As usual, we have no complaints
about Mr Banks. He is always very accommodating and
very professional. Also it very disappointing that there
are No Longer any Vehicle Cleaning Services provided
at my Dealership. In light of the Covid Pandemic, we
would expect at least the inside of the vehicle to be
Cleaned and Sanitized when being bought in for
Maintenance and Repairs.
