I was being pressured into replacing my engine for $10,500, even after I explained to Chris that diesel was actually accidentally put in the tank. They had my van for weeks costing me hundreds of dollars in rental fees. I paid $2600 for the repair of diesel in the engine. I get the van back and in less than 24 hrs later it shut completely off while I was working. I had it towed back to 5 corners at my expense and was told I have a bad shifter. I was charged another $1043 for the repair. I was then told I could pick it up but the windshield wiper blades were not working. I explained to them that I couldn't work with my van in that condition. They kept it and later informed me that I have a massive electrical issue that would cost me another $4000. I never had any electrical issues prior to leaving it at your shop. I spoke with Randy he told me he would get the work done for less than what I was originally quoted. They keep my van for anther couple of weeks, and called to inform me that my van now needs an alternator now and I will have to pay for it. Matt quoted me a price of 2900 for the electrical work and the alternator to go along with the $1000 shifter that was already installed weeks ago. I was very upset with all this money I was being forced to pay for a problem I didn't have in the first place, so the conversation got heated between me and Matt. I told him to get it done and hung the phone up. The next day he called me to tell me it was ready and he quoted me the wrong price. It was actually going to be 3600 instead of the 2900 he told me the day before. I spoke with Randy again and agreed to $3200 plus tax for for all the electrical work. I came to pay the cashier and pick the van up on this past Saturday. My personal items were obviously gone thru and a bag of trash was dumped on floor. There was grease on the dash and the van was dirty. I went and got Randy and showed him the condition of the van. He drove it to the body shop and had the dash wiped down and washed it. I had bad brakes and noise in the suspension before I bought it in the first time. I would have paid for those repairs willingly, again I never had one single issue the electrical in my van. For me to pick it up from your shop, then it dies with major electrical issues in less than 24hrs is strange considering them trying to force me to get a $10,500 on a Promaster with under 150k miles on it. I've spent thousands of dollars on repairs and still left your shop with a trashed van and brakes touching the floor. This has been the my worst experience as small business owner so far. This is not what I expected from a Dodge dealership. I almost regret purchasing 2 Promasters now. Thanks for robbing a small tax paying s corp that decided to purchase Ram vans.
