It took 4 trips to your dealership to fix the problem and then when they finally figured out that it was a bad connection at the censor they tried billing me twice for the bad part and missed bad connection. Then when I complained the man seed o I didn’t know it was a warranty part. Didn’t say he was sorry for the mistake. Also all the times I came back and was told the problem was fixed but when I started my van the engine light was still on , not once was I told I’m sorry for your inconvenience I was told o we will have to get it back and look at it. I own my own business and when I make a mistake or something is wrong even out of my control I apologize because it is a inconvenience for my customer. The first day that I had the work done and was told that it was done and to come get my van and when I did it was not fixed I went back home with the loner car and then came back later that day after I was told it was fixed again and it wasn’t. I didn’t refill the gas in the loaner because that trip was not my fault. I was charged $25 on my charge card for the gas. When I got the loaner I didn’t take a picture of the gas gauge but it was just over 3/4 tank and that is where I had refilled it the fist time. But I didn’t ad more gas for the second trip back because it was not my fault. I’m very disappointed in the way this was all handled.
