Chris was great. However, I was told my car would be ready early afternoon. I took day off work and waited. Around 6:00pm I was told they didn’t have time to get to my issue and it would be the next day. A little disappointed as I was told at 1:00 they diagnosed my issue and had the part. At 6:00, they told me they just didn’t have time? Anyway, not fixed till 15:00 next day? Chris was great , but felt I was mislead as I made arraignments to pick up and had to cancel and take an additional day off work. All for a battery issue? Seems unreasonable. Maybe it’s just me.

Both my concerns were not verified so no attempt was was to fix , both concerns have the potential to leave me stranded and I go out of town allot, i am a ford tech with 25 yrs experience and know that a large amount of vehicle issues can not be duplicated when I service them but I use my knowledge of ford vehicles with my experience and training and backing of ford hotline to make every attempt to fix the vehicles I work on and not fall back on the easy excuse of it’s not acting up right now especially when the issue is serious enough to lmmobilize the vehicle, if I fold the seat forward and it gets stuck vehicle is not drivable, on fords the only possible problem is seat track and it moves when driving like one side ain’t catching all the time, repair is to replace seat track assembly no parts for it are sold separately, engine code p0017 crank cam correlation most likely cause vct solenoid and or phaser very rarely act up when there in for service typically intermittent. issue resolved by replaced one or the other in attempt to resolve problem, or just blow the customer off and say everything is working properly at this time, you are closest dealer to me so I took in to you for service now I know how you operate your service department and will take it somewhere else no problem
