Speedy, polite, fully informative. New customers to 5CD since last Friday with a purchase on Monday, we have been impressed by the staff every step of the way.
Waiting room facilities are near perfect with one small suggestion. A table top / desk or two for those of us who like pass our time with a lap top. Our sales guy had me covered by offering up a desk for the 4 hours I was there. It was my choice to wait, a loaner was offered.
