Everything was great, Brian was excellent. HOWEVER... I keep getting charged for my tire rotations even though I purchased both sets of tires for my vehicles from 5 Corners. Your promo says free tire rotation when tires are purchased through 5 Corners. I recommend putting a note in my file that prevents this from happening. I get my tires rotated at every oil change. Thank you in advance!!

Everyone was kind and helpful. The original issue was addressed (stalling caused by use of non-OEM oil filter) but the car now pulls to the right after tires were rotated. This was originally an issue at time of purchase in September 2020 and corrected with a tire rotation at that time. Thanks!

I called in October about my door not working. Found out it was a bad actuator. Said it would be covered under warranty and they would need to order. Called about my next oild change and found out they didn't order it. Took it in for the oil change and they still did not order it. Said they left a note for the manager and he would give me a call back which 2 weeks later and still nothing. Probably lost the warranty and now will have to pay full price because someone cannot order a part. Not happy at all
