Your team was fast, efficient and the quality of their service keeps me coming back for the last 21 years even though there are other dealerships much closer to my home, I live less than a half mile from the stadium. Thank you for your assistance!

I had some fairly major maintenance done on my truck. When I picked up my truck I was told I’d need rear brakes in 1-2 oil changes. My brakes were replaced at 5 Corners in October of 2019 according to Matt. They have only
32000 miles on them. I had 68000 miles on the OE brakes when they were replaced, and they were replaced before they failed in any way. I told Matt that I thought something was wrong. On 12/8/20 at 94.5k miles I had 9mm brake pad wear thickness. 5500 miles later I’m told I’ll need breaks in 3-6k miles. I asked Matt if that made sense to him and he was noncommittal. I told him I felt like I was being misled (I actually said screwed) and didn’t like it much. He offered to have Randy look at them on Monday. I said I was upset and thought I’d wait till I needed an oil change. I have done maintenance on my truck based on the recommendations of the service folks at 5 Corners. I did that based on trust. If I can’t trust that I’m getting valid information, it’s difficult to know if I really need what’s being recommended. Matt said his technician also said I had broken studs on my exhaust manifold and he estimated the cost to fix that at $1000-1500. I asked if he had looked at the problem and saw broken studs and he said he had not but trusted that the technician’s assessment was correct.
On this same truck the technician advised that I needed a serpentine belt at 75k miles as part of the recommended maintenance following an oil change. I asked Randy to look at it and he said I didn’t need a new belt. A few weeks back my water pump failed. I asked Matt if the belt was replaced when they changed out the water pump, and he said apparently the technician didn’t think it was necessary, because it hadn’t been replaced. I have begun to question whether the recommendations given to me are real (and truly necessary) or if I’m just seen as an easy mark who simply does whatever is recommended. That is not a good feeling. I’m now left wondering if I should have simply traded off this vehicle before investing another thousand dollars in it. I think I’ve been a good customer. I’ve purchased several vehicles (both new and used) at 5 Corners. The brake recommendation is like a big warning light for me. Unfortunately I don’t know exactly what to do about it.

I’ve heard such horror stories about dealer service departments, I was planning to only do my Jeep wave service there and go elsewhere for anything else. Come to find out that your prices are actually competitive and your service staff is SO friendly and helpful (especially Matt and Pete who I’ve worked with quite a bit). I actually kind of look forward to my time there! (Until my Jeep gets older and the repairs get expensive lol)

I just picked up my truck that was in for service for a leaky fuel line (and I had a tie rod end changed too, as that had been pointed out at a past 5 corners service visit as needing replacement) when I got under the truck to examine the work done I noticed the fuel line hanging loose from its retainer. I snapped it into the retainer. When I lay out hundreds of dollars on repairs (this business truck has had thousands done at 5 corners over the past several years) I minimally expect that the fuel line that was being repaired be pushed back into its retainer so as to prevent it from flopping around during driving. I went back in to let Randy at the service desk know that I considered this shoddy workmanship.
