I ordered an new key fob for my 2015 jeep cherokee and i don't remember being told the actual key is not included. I called about it and was told it doesn't come with the fob and it would cost an extra over $40.
I also ordered hydraulic lifts for the tailgate. They cost over $80 each but there really isn't much difference to my old ones.
I did have a coupon and got $50 off the total price.
The repairs went very quick. Everyone treated me well.

GPS/Radio problems are admittedly common problem with Chrysler product cars. Owners with the requirement to have their GPS/Radio replaced should not have to wait weeks for replacement equipment. Replacement GPS/Radios should be in stock at each dealership or at some regional location to provide quick replacement. Waiting weeks for a replacement does not promote brand or dealership loyalty. A long wait for a replacement GPS/Radio seems to be acceptable to Chrysler and its dealers.
