Jill did a great job after things got rolling but my appointment was never written down. And I was told a half an hour and I was there for two hours. So I was kind of irate. I did not bring medication and I would not of stayed in the waiting room with the mask on for two hours for anybody!!!
I would've arranged a ride or asked you for a loaner car. I have a terrible spine and I had not brought any of my medication with me so I was not in a very good mood. But I did apologize to her because it really wasn't her fault I guess. And I don't want anybody to feel bad right before Thanksgiving. So yes I am happy with the service you gave me I just was not happy with The time it took when I was told a half an hour. Please take my cell phone off of your texting list. Replace that number was ****-****-xxxx. That way I won't get texts at 7 AM again ????
