There is no proper process to drop your car, no one comes to take your keys or tell you where to go next. Once you are in there, then he get better, but my car is still not functioning as designed. The auto shut on/off never works.

My serviice required message has been coming on since the service. I assumed the car was serviced as well as the certified inspection done on the vehicle for the sale. Was the car serviced? How was it smogged with the service reminder message? Does it need to come back in for a service or was this done during the “service and certified vehicle inspection “? Please let me know.
