The lady who originally took “made” my appointment was terrible. She forgot my name three times and then told me my appointment was 11am on Thursday. When I called to confirm, the appointment wasn’t in the system.
Luckily, the lady (different person and very nice) on Thursday was able to still get me in and taken care of. The service on Thursday was good and I’m satisfied.
